I've been trying to get my sleeping pattern back to normal for about 5 days now. Here's my progress so far.
Day 1: Stayed up until 6am, went to sleep
Day 2: Managed to stay up until 1pm, slept, woke up at 8pm
Day 3: Success! Managed to stay up all night and all day, falling asleep at 9pm
Day 4: Slept for 17 hours (o_O), waking up at 2pm. Success erased...
Day 5: (Today) doing another all nighter, going to sleep at 10pm, setting alarm for 8am
I feel terrible... I've dropped 2kg while still maintaining the same eating pattern somehow, and have had roughly two migraine grade headaches in two days, coupled with stomach cramps, dizzy spells,
